We engaged 5280 Contracting to be our general contractor to renovate and expand our 1904 Victorian in the Highlands, which is nearing completion. We interviewed three local contractors for the job, and I am so glad we went with 5280. Their thoughtfulness, reliability, knowledge, organization, timeliness, attention to detail, relationships with subcontractors and vendors, and trustworthiness have impressed us every step of the way. There has never been a lull in the progress of our project, with a steady stream of workers on site, often 6 days a week and into the evening hours.
